I think the ``mysterious financial partners`` are purely for the sales of eVUs, and not for other endeavors. Besides, if they got involved, there goes another piece of the pie. I think we`ll only share the pie with legal representatives.

And to BillW (you had better be reading this! LOL), per a talk with RP in `00, they were indeed waiting to pounce on infringers when flash reached adequate proliferation (and he used that word, which was the same word used in yesterday`s PR). I think the other aspect influencing the situation is the link (via PTSC) to an active, well funded patent infringement litigation/licensing firm. Can they/did they make a deal? I don`t KNOW!
