If the whole PTSC thing didn`t happen, would there have been any mention of patent infringement in yesterday`s PR? Why all of a sudden, at the same time as an abysmal quarter does this get thrown into the PR? Wasn`t there a proliferation of flash products (that might be using EDIG IP) back in Novemeber/Decemeber when there was other PRs from EDIG? Why no official mention of this then. Or maybe RP told it to Sunpoop and I missed the post on here.

I`m not saying they shouldn`t go after IP infringement, just that it`s a bit suspect just coming out now on the heels of a bad quarter.

Also, doesn`t look like the year over year revenue increase is going to happen. That line is absent from latest release. I assume it`s because some revenue is being pushed into 07.
