Do you mean to say that there will be yet another business update before this quarter`s end? If so, then why do you think that? I saw the letter yesterday which accompanied the third quarter numbers AS the business update.

One thing I`ve learned over the years is that one can`t predict what will happen when. Just because it`s time for them to file a 10Q doesn`t mean they necessarily have something new to tell us. IMHO, the part about enforcing our patents was mentioned because it was easy and doesn`t cost them anything to say it. (``initiate efforts`` and ``aggressively pursue`` means about as much to me as ``working with`` does) Aside from that, too much of the update was line-for-line repetitive information from the previous one - except for the part about beating last year`s revenues (which of course was left out). All in all, it was very discouraging though not even remotely surprising.

As for those happy that the stock price held today, I`d hardly consider that a victory. The price needs to rise significantly on substantial news/business, not simply hold at 7 year lows (give or take two pennies).

Finally, while revenues from patent enforcement activities would be welcome, that will be years off if it even happens at all. EDIG needs to follow through with its ``enhanced business plan`` and sell their turnkey video entertainment concept NOW.
