Don`t you think that Portal Player or Apple would have altered, enhanced, or redesigned around any of the edig technology to eliminate any future patent issue.

And back even Don would have agreed that without any of the code involved in the Portal Player design that he was playing a guessing game.

I think it is a long shot at best, including any other infringements that may or may not be investigated.

I say lets get the marketing of the eVU going at full speed, thats where all the effort should be and if they have a legal firm begin a seradch for possible patent issues, thats ok too.
