Assuming everything you say is true, have you ever stopped to think that what you say may be part of the EDIG BUSINESS PLAN?...

Google is a $108 Billion Market Cap company today. And they did it by ``Giving their services away for free.``...

From day one we all knew that EDIG was ``Way ahead`` of the Markets for a digitized world. They were hardly in existence 9 years ago.

It has taken almost 9 years, and those Markets are just developing to a degree that one hopes digital data transmission shall be the Norm, with products, contents, and technologies becoming more avaiable every day that passes...

It was 7 years ago that SAMSUNG was showing their digital small cameras and cell phones. They are being sold by Verizon and others for the past couple of years.

It was CES 2001 that Panasonic was showing their FLAT SCREEN TV and you could be watching it in your living room when the phone rang, and you clicked and saw a picture of your son climbing El Capitan at Yosemati, calling you on his digital cell phone sending you a picture of his climb...

And it was only January of this year that laws making HDTV transmision mandatory became effective...

Today you can log on Google Earth and practically ``See`` what is happening on the ski slopes in Torino Italy. And in couple of years you probably could call your son and daughter participating in China Olymics and see pictures of what is taking place on your TV...

If you understood the stated EDIG BUSINESS PLAN that as a

technology company they intended to purvey their intellectual property a la Qualcom, and not produce any harware products, (with the exception of the short period they made some MP3`s, and almost lost it), then you must agree that they have followed their Business Plan...

I have always said that making deals to sell products like

digEplayer was something to be done while waiting for the digital data transmission to became all pervaive. To the extent we have experienced this, EDIG seems to have thought so also. It is unfortunate that Mr. WENCOR had other ideas and did not wish to continue the relationship.

Which brings me to your following comment; ``It just seems that every year they come out with the next best thing since sliced bread, yet someone always seems to beat them to the finish line.``....

From Treo to O-1000, to Eclipse, to digEpalyer, to eVU, all the products produced with EDIG technology have been ``The best`` of the class. But, as we know they are not being sold as I-Pods are, because no OEM picked them up for marketing as they were not sure they wanted to end up with a $100 million dollar write-off like creative. Nor they could find an OEM who was willing to spend $150 million dollars like Apple to create a market for Ipods...

Those who are bitter about this investment are correct in complaining about how long it has taken for the ``Promise`` of EDIG to come true. However, they are being intellctually dishonest with themselves when they ignore the fact that EDIG has stuck to its BUSINESS PLAN come what may...

We do not know what eVU will do, nor do we know if the PTSC

model is going to be productive for EDIG in terms of revenue. What we do know is that EDIG will not be engaged in the business of (1) MAKING AND SELLING PRODUCTS, or (2) SELLING THE WHOLE COMPANY a la APS to people like WENCOR for a pittance...

As a shareholder, if one accepts the foregoing facts as true, one is left with two options. First, sell and get on with the rest of your life. Second, wait for the FINAL outcome with grace and refrain from calling others BOSO or WEASEL...

Good luck to us all...
