I agree that there is at least some smoke since the statements have come directly from the company. I understand those who believe there is no case to be made TODAY for any known infringing company. However, your point is valid for a speculating market. This is a penny stock and it is traded on OTC where all manner of mean and nasty villians lurk to steal our money.

It comes down to believing EDIG`s PR or not. I believe it is possible the ``protect our IP`` lines could have been throw ins. The pps seems to say something different. Another EDIG mystery and I certainly did not expect a rise in the pps after the Q report. Sometimes it is just good to be wrong.

I`ll still hoping for a more traditional ``sell some stuff, make some cash, sell some more stuff`` kinda biz model to work for EDIG. Of course, we`ll take all revenue streams -- finished goods, IP, crackhouse videos, Girls Gone Wild, whatever -- to see EDIG make money. Hey, RP could give wantabe politicians speaking lessons. Fred can do a ``how to fix a fax machine jam`` video.

However, let`s give Willy the chance to get a deal done. That portion of the last PR was very clear. EDIG does have at least one customer in trials. We are a one trick pony today. The good news is the trick is pretty cool and a market exists (note: d.inkie has shown many opportunites with his DD). One deal will make a difference in shareholder confidence and the balance sheet -- they do go hand in hand, IMO.

The legal IP protection is certainly proving to be worth a lot of money to the shareholders of the companies involved. I know it is not new news, but I think about Qualcom`s success and now we are seeing the possibility of PTSC reaping some decent rewards after a long ``dry`` spell. I don`t think PTSC can be a Qualcom, but from $0.10 to ? is a heck of a ride.
