If TPL chooses to pursue patent infringement on e.Digital`s behalf it would be a very strong signal that their patents are strong and their case has merit. TPL will work on consignment most likely splitting any settlement on a 50/50 basis. Their attorney`s have a strong track record with notable and repeatable successes. This could get interesting. I note that they mention a ``flash portfolio`` as coming to their website.
