What might be happening is naked shorts are indeed covering at $.33. That might explain why the bid isn`t going lower on sales. Who might the shorts be? MM`s of course. THis would explain the ``institutional`` representation of the MM FLCR. If this is the case, and it`s a big ``if``, then good news may indeed be in the not too distant future. This price action is odd to say the least. We`re going to need some good news (or rumors thereof) to change the pps IMO.
