IMO..The announcement of e.Digital works a two way street....``The big checks that TPL is delivering to PTSC are a year or two off for EDIG.``...if they pursue possible offenders showing similar techniques of IC configuration and design to what e.Digital drives.

The announcement may have also been considered for slowing down possible copycat actions of other companies with regard to current accomplishments...along with the type business model as describe.
