What the hay?, we`re usually in total agreement on things and you can`t ``see the light`` here? LOL

I simply cannot see another explanation for this trading activity. Just saw 1 block of 25K and 3 blocks of 50K shares go through at .33, and FLCR is the only MM at that bid. Bottomless pit of buy money. And IF FLCR did the analysis they supposedly specialize in, they`d know what I`ve finally figured out when buying this stock (or holding it for that matter! LOL); patience is key. Seems if you place a limit order at any reasonable price, if you wait long enough, you`ll get it (and then, of course, for me, the price then goes lower! LOL). And if I wanted to be a ``stealth buyer``, I`d do it on the market in this manner. Don`t have to say/do anything till you buy 10% of float. Then, of course, you could avoid reporting by buying under another name (that`s okay with you, right Mom, Sis, Bro?!). Only difference for me is that I wouldn`t engage an MM one-on-one to do it; I`d just do it myself. But there would be a distinct advantage in using a dedicated MM like FLCR.

Who`s doing the buying? Could be anyone, either in the know or with a seriouse gambling problem! I suspect it`s EchoStar only because of past, apparently persistent rumors, as well as their announced interest in taking an equity stake in business partners (a la Archos). Would that be insider trading? Buying stock on the open market in a company from which your supplier has licensed tech from? Do you want to buy out the company, or just take a significant stake? I`d bet EchoStar could have come up with the resources to buy out Archos, but they didn`t, just a substantial piece. Plainly a plan to capitalize with few ``complications``. Again, would this scenario constitute insider trading? They`re arms-length away and perhaps far enough to make it legit.

Doesn`t have to be EchoStar (my wild hope), but could be anyone, in the know or not. But I am here again defending ``my little theory``, which isn`t mine alone but shared by many here, suggesting there is ``stealth accumulation`` going on in a big way. And a patient way.

But I KNOW nuttin`! Except to say that whatever is going on, I can only see it as a very positive signal. People keep asking ``who`s selling`` to provide the inventory? (for which I have simple answers). Gotta think ``who`s buying?`` or who would be buying this stock that recently moved up around 50%, and has had zero real news for a couple months, and has a history that is far less than stellar. Comes down to being someone who knows at least something, and something good.

What will be interesting will be to see what happens if we ever get any news. Less interesting (or possibly more depressing!) will be what happens if this supposed buyer`s funds run out. Must be a lot of confidence in the heart of this buyer....
