Mr Michael O`Leary - CEO - RYANAIR

As many of our more established readers will recall, Skytrax was quite vehement during 2002 about certain customer service techniques being applied by Ryanair, in the single pursuit of profit.

Whilst not saying that is history, it is irrelevant in the context of the fact our readers have voted Ryanair`s Chief Executive, Mr Michael O`Leary as the Airline Personality of the Year.

With our audience comprising a very wide mixture of both air transport professionals and airline passengers, the diversity of nominations for this Survey proved both extensive and interesting.
