That is his job, and he is good at it. And, we need not hear it from you, or anyone else, that what he says or does may be taken with a grain of salt...

The ``concrete`` reasons you seek for the recent price rise are not based on ``bottom line`` statements given by the company, although indications are that we shall be getting something to address that issue by the end of this month...

The ``logical`` reasons for the pps rise are as follows:

1) The statement by the company that they intend to seek

counsel to ``Monetize`` their ``Intellectual Property`` that enures to them as the result of their patent portfolio...

2) The recent metoric rise of the pps of PTSC, another NORRIS company, due to their ``monetizing`` their intellectual property...

3) The recent impetus for use of ``FLASH`` memory in an ever expanding digital A/V transmission of data, which is an area EDIG patents can shine?...

4) The recent ``Insider`` Purchase of company shares that are

a sure indication that company prospects are better that they have been.( i.e., VPHM, the Board members bout shares when it was $4:20, less than a year ago, and it is $20 plus now, ad many more)...
