The series ``D`` and ``E```s and the warrents that were in force at the end of the year 12-31-05 were for conversion at 19 cents. When they sold stock at 8 cents all those conversion shares more than doubled (ie: sries ``D`` 7,906,491 shares became 18,777,975 shares)
