The only way these guys are going to make money of their SALE is if they figure the pps is going to go down and they will buy it back cheeper. That is called ``SHORTING``.

There is another possible explanation...

They could be pulling an ``emit``!...

In short, they could have decided ``enough is enough``, and made the decision to sell their holdings and take their losses...

If that is the case, the ``sale`` seemes to have been absobed well, and the pps did not collapse...

In either case, what they are selling is part of OZ`z 305 million shares, I think?...
