It ends the same time it`s ended for the last seven-plus years. It`s really easy to remember too because it follows the calendar quarter. The deadline to report is always 45 days after quarter-end. The only thing special to know is that the fiscal year ends on 03/30 and they have 90 days to report that - therefore they don`t have to file anything (aside from material events such as stock sales) until 06/30/06.
Sorry, no offense to you - but I`m always amazed when people who have been following this stock for years ask when the quarter ends and the financials are reported... and you`re hardly the only one. Plus, I`m just a little punchy today.
We`ve just experienced a very unusual run up on extremely good volume. The assumption is that somebody knows something and that good news is imminent. I simply can`t buy into that notion until/unless it`s confirmed as we`ve been fooled far too many times before. Yes, the run was significant but new stock sales have accompanied it and there`s just no telling to what degree events were manipulated for whatever purpose. Perhaps it will ultimately benefit us lowly, long-term, rank-and-file shareholders and perhaps it won`t.
And yes, while they don`t have to tell us anything, I think they likely WILL release a statement of some kind by the end of the month as has been stated by some on the board. But again, we won`t know whether such information will be of any value until we see it. The last PR was mostly a rehash with the throw-in (what I`m calling it until they back it up with substance) regarding their IP.
I guess I`m provisionally pessimistic (which is not as good as cautiously optimistic).
