I tend to agree with you.

It`s more likely that eVU will give us something concrete in the short term while good news on the IP front certainly would be a stronger driving force, especially on the heels of how well ptsc has done and overall market sentiment with respect to the power of the patents. No doubt EDIG was early to the FLASH game and if their patents protects a basic pathway, the current product diversity is so large that EDIG could be in the drivers seat in a big way.

Either way we get an official update in 4 days or less.
