Gil..Sorry I did not respond to your original post. I have been thinking something fishy with Samsung for years! I remember listening to that webcast when Falk (maybe prematurely), announced we were working with Samsung, and I remember the reaction of the shareholders and they were TOTALLY ENTHUSIASTIC. You are right, win or lose this could get very interesting. I do not thing they are referring to only Wencor/Triad/Digecor violations, and hope that I am correct. Cause I am usually wrong! jmo
