``When I asked RP the direct question, ``Is EDig on the hook legally to BOW if Maycom fails to produce``? His answer was ``There is no contractual time table for delivery of the DP`s to BOW``. When I asked about Maycom vis a vie EDigital that is when he told me of their relationship. I am sure there is a contract, it just doesn`t spell out a delivery time table. (according to RP)``
