Yep, those of us that double dip with the good folks in PTSC land were ``in`` on the new listings for TPL`s portfolio of patent portfolios.

The assumption is obvious, but we all know what happens when we ASS U ME -- especially as it relates to speculation about EDIG. Our collective track record could use a positive uptick.

IMO, we are in the same ``wait and see`` boat, but this time we actually have paddle with the eVU logo screened on the handle.
