I extend my apologies to Frank and the board. My ignorance level is admittedly way greater than Frank`s - Frank has gone to the trouble to go and ask, face-to-face, and report his findings. I delve into the PR words, and try (in vane) to interpret, and my ignorance prevails.

I freely admit that I am clueless, and will STFU and stop adding to the confusion (at least on this subject! LOL - probably should on all others till we get more meat to chew on).
