You know it`s against the rules to provide information to an individual that is not made available to the public.

The only info we have is from company communications. Face to face, telephone conversation, e-mails, etc. are not factual unless the data has been released to the public. This information flow can be misinterpreted and lead to harmful results.

Most of the problem rests with the content of the Quarter Results, PRs, shareholder alerts, etc. In many instances the words/messages are (I think) intentionally less than totally clear/somewhat obscure. We need to see more exact and specificity about business plans, strategies and so forth if they are going to publish this kind of data or refrain from publishing anything that may be helpful to their competition.

Right now I see us in limbo as to understanding how things work as in the past.

You said it, compliance and regulations are extremely important to any corporation, and when disseminating information it must be available to all equally.
