I see it as you do regarding trades that might cause the pps to fluctuate between $.80- $1.50. But, the first named settlement with the likes of SONY, SAMSUNG, NEC, etc. will

create spikes, and keep moving the lows higher...

What my cautions are is that you really have to be on top of this one. You can never tell when the DOMINOS MAY FALL?
