As I was trying to figure out the possibilities, I talked to RP and asked him if a qualified company or individual wanted to take a large position in e.Digital, could they go directly to the company to purchase shares. He said yes..upon BOD aapproval. Thats all I posted and for that I got a smart ass response from you. I just returned the favor.

A far as what is happening, your guess is as good as any I have heard so far. I do think e.Digital sees what is transpiring and knows who, what where and when.
