I think it was pretty much proven that it was not an accumulation as some proposed based on a single broker doing the transactions for a specific buyer. Didn`t happen.

Also I do recall one group involved in a lot of board discussion, maybe the Fulcrum or whatever name, but only about 1/3 of the total transactions involving them. Schwab did 2/3 of the transactions during that period of time after the investigating was done.

Time wise the pps was approximately $.33 from Dec 27, 2004 to January 12, 2005 and during these 13 days less than 5 million shares were traded. After that the pps started its downward trend until it hit a low in the $.06s in Dec of 05.
