Sky, from my recolection,yes they did and they had monies from the AMD deal so they could pay their half of the 4 million it was needed to take the infringers to trial....

I have no idea if a co like TPL would take a case like this on a continency plan.....An extremely compelling case would do it for me if i was promised the moon if i won......Beggers can not be choosers....Larry
