"Does anyone what to speculate on who might be guilty of EDIG patent vilations.does anyone think Apple, Intel,Samsung,etc might be liable?"

Not sure how close we are to seeing EDIG's patent lawyers get proactive but the process is now over a year since they first announced IP expert Pat Nunally was coming on board.

As to who, there are too many to name...I think the company has indicated they have identified 174 companies that they believe appear as potential infringers.
