And not to belabor old points but the minor side trips included volume sales to healthcare, billiion dollar OEMs, etc etc, all of which are are indeed old news now.

OK, since the billion dollar OEMs didn't materialize as we hoped, how about settlement totals of $100M+? That would make amends in my book. LOL

And perhaps if we cross-license with an agreeable major electronic manufacturer, we can also partner with them in non-IFE eVU sales. Going to a healthcare or military sales pitch with a Samsung representative sure wouldn't hurt our chances.

And after we win many more settlements, pay off our debt and fill our coffers, I would expect management to consider acquisitions. I don't want to be another P company - I want growth!

Can't wait until the digEcor case is behind us. 3 months and a week 'til the trial. Sooner if both parties reach a settlement agreement during their meeting on 1 Dec 08.
