This package, involving buying assets off the hands of the investment bank community....is not going to relieve credit with respect to individuals. That mountain of homes is going to put our state into complete stagnation.

Folks with bad credit are not going to fix this problem.

Folks with good credit are not going to fix this problem.

You, on the banking committee are part of the problem, and your foresight and oversight are in question.
