Arkie, I would suggest you do a bit of research about despite what they say, Obama has more than a casual relationship with Factcheck.org, (and its principals).

My question to the legal (and constitutional) types is:

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will swear in the next President (Adiminister the Oath of Office).

If he requests the certified proof of eligibility (the ORIGINAL birth certificate... not the forged copy 'analyzed' by factcheck) and does not receive it, can the Chief Justice administer the Oath of Office since the Chief Justice also took an oath to "uphold and defend' the CONSTITUTION (which Obama says is 'flawed' ,by the way) and without the real question being answered of his citizenship, can the Chief Justice swear him in (assuming he wins).

Why not simply release the REAL birth certificate ?

Why are the college records 'locked'? Perhaps they disclosed his citizenship ?

If factcheck has seen it, why not let everyone else see it and put the controversy to rest ?
