If not, by law (when Martial Law is declared), the Constituition CAN be suspended... including transferring Presidential Powers or inaugurating a new President.

Question is, if found NOT to be qualified (just produce the true Birth Certificate, not a COLB and this could be over with in less than 2 hours) does the Presidency go to the person who won the majority of the remainder of the electoral votes?

It's a shame that someone can get this far in the process on less paperwork than it takes to enroll a kid on the local Little League team.
