HRH....I have done this same thing a few times....

Summert County Federial pen, I walked right in during a shift change..ah, this is the largest of the feds jails....they were not excited how I was able to walk in....this being before 9/11..I doubt/nor would I want to attempt this again.

Was on the side lines Super Bowl,,? 1975 or so in N. O. just jumped over the wall and was just standing around drinking grator grade and spitting for maybe 5 min's...trying to fit in....on the bench.

Someone suggested that I go back to my seat or I would be under arrest...back over the wall!!!
