The story of today’s deficits starts in January 2001, ..that's amazing! This country NEVER had a deficit before 2001... as President Bill Clinton was leaving office. ..less than 9 months before a bunch of hell-bent insane islamic militant idiots, who had serious mental deficiencies, declared WAR (jihad) on this country, and Bush actually did his job by RESPONDING to their actions.. The Congressional Budget Office estimated ...based on the reduced spending of the previous 6 years brought by decreasing welfare dependency as a result of the "Contract With America"... from the 1994 mid term elections, authored by the republicans who won as means of stopping Clinton's socialist spending programs...then that the government would run an average annual surplus of more than $800 billion a year from 2009 to 2012 ...not factoring the costs to fight TWO wars, one of which was, for all purposes won despite the cries and lies of the Senate and House leaders of America's defeat in Iraq... Today, the government ..under a Usurper.. is expected to run a $1.2 trillion annual deficit in those years. ...which will actually be a $1,200,000,000,000 defict in a single year's budget, if you read that right you will see we are making it appear that that figure is implied to be the total for three years to make the Usurper's "budget" look like it's less of a deficit "
