IMO, even 50M is CHUMP change for Sammy. Why isn't our technology important enough to be worth what these other companies are getting for their IP settlements, multi-hundreds of millions? We have to go to the Markman with Sammy, otherwise settling will take away from the momentum of all that has preceded it

With their exposure, we deserve AT LEAST 100M+.

(This is only my gut feeling based on other settlement amounts, the importance of our IP, the degree of Sammy's exposure, and not based on anything more than that).
