I cannot believe that some of the members of the edig board would embrace a settlement with Samsung.

We have gone this long and hopefully DM is pushing for a Markman hearing, Eventually, one of the lawsuits will have to take this course of action. If we have a favorable ruling, it should help in determining the validity of the patents, and how it may impact all future lawsuits in our favor.

The sooner this strategy is in process and resolved, the sooner we will know success probability of our lawsuits.

This strategy would pave the way against other industry leaders such as Sony, Intel, Apple, Microsoft, and many more who would otherwise take this all the way to a trial if no Markman favorable results happened.

Why delay this ultimate process for another year oir two? February 2010 time wise is only approximately 7 months from now and a final resolution could happen by June of 2010, a year from now.
