Quite frankly, I had been thinking the summer of 2010 at the latest to get the Markman concluded, but the possibility of this going into 2011 is a HUGE surprise and disappointment to me.

LL, I agree, a little management of shareholder expectations is in order. Perhaps after digicor is settled.

So, as we have said all along, it could take until march or April of next year, or as long as the first quarter of 2011.

That's one of many reasons I keep saying EDIG owes its shareholders the duty to manage their expectations on this - but EDIG continues to use terms like "we look forward to " instead. Just my opinion.
