In a publically traded company, the share holders vote each year concerning their directors. We have voted in what we have.

I understand your comments and frustration, but getting rid of the people who have brought us this far, and FINALLY getting our IP licensed, is not the way to go IMO and the majority of the share holders obviously feel the same way.

Now, if our BOD wants to bring on an employee to take us to the next level, I am all for it. Is this your point?
