It's neither the first time a crook skimmed money from the taxpayer nor will it be the last. This crosses party lines though. You rarely see the opposiing party complain because most do the same thing especially when they have control of Congress.

Murtha does elevate this stuff to a fine art, though.

I'm surprised ABC ran this story. I doubt NBC would have. I haven't watched a major network for news in many, many years ........forget about CNN and MSNBC.
