DISC...I am not sure about your cooking skills, and perhaps you might think I have a problem, when in fact I am trying to find new ground for fun food.

I very simple dish that those that have tried it, love it...ah, that would be me.

chicken livers

molasses

onions

garlic

Seems pretty simple so far and it is...EM cut in half (English muffin)

chicken livers, onion and garlic in a pan for perhaps ten minutes..med heat

This should go on the bottom part of the muffin along with molasses drippings..

add the top EM that has a little butter and salt.

You will be a hero.

Use to work as a boat guy for a person that you would love to meet..I believe he gets out next year...name of the boat,,,DMB...Dat's a My Boat....mucho fun.
