They'll turn over every rock and eventually get the guilty party(s). Police will be investigating on their own time. Someone will give the shooter up. That's why police often turn a blind eye to relatively minor infractions. Lots of markers to collect out there.

That 10K reward is just for starters. Every business in that state should cough up some money....lots of it.

One positive note. Washington has the death penalty.
