By now We know that "micromangement" of this company by the shareholders that post here has never been known to have an effect on what management does in executing their PLAN in the past...

Second:...

Just because they have no debt and have couple of million in the bank, in my

judgment does not justify the mangement to start spending it. And although I am convinced they will make some move as soon as the 19(34) current claims are resolved, they should not be spending money that they have not received from thm as yet either...

All this means we have to wait till "THE ELEMENTS" are announced before before we get any measure of which way the company is headed...

At this stage all we know is they are pursuing the monetization of their IP aggressively, and for all I know they may be looking to sell the company at $7 dollars a share...
