Why is it that those purported "tea party" protesters were able to get ON THE STEPS and IN the capital building, in full view of the lamestream media cameras and that is what gets reported?

This admin and congress under Pelozi is so 'transparent', we can see right through this attempt.

Especially when the reports is no one will be prosectued, even the person who reportedly spat on a congressman. Anywhere else, that would be assault. I'd venture ther's no prosecution for the actor involved because he was SUPPOSED to be there.
