My original post regarding the mindless blathering was written to the board. Nowhere in it did I single her out. But she feels it was directed at her which tells me she subconsciously knows she’s blathering. Also, she first brought up the ten year comment, living in the past and harping on what never happened for EDIG. I responded by pointing out how much better things are now than ten years ago, which is what true investors care about; looking forward. NEWSFLASH FOR ALL EEYORE TYPES: The past can’t be changed and the future isn’t written yet. Why dwell on past company mistakes by dredging it all up again and again and again? Those mistakes can’t be undone and no one wants to relive them over and over and over. And fortunately Agora agrees based on rule #5.
She also intentionally misconstrues another post of mine. I never wrote EDIG had no prior patent infringement lawsuits. I wrote that ten years ago EDIG wasn’t involved in IP litigation against multiple defendants with many more on the horizon. That is a true statement. According to Wikipedia, they sued two companies back in 1996 for patent infringement, but by my calendar that isn’t ten years ago which is when I invested in EDIG. They announced that they hired DM in Mar 07, filed against Vivitar in Sep 07, and have ten settlements to date. That’s important information today as it proves they are aggressively pursuing patent monetization. But she would rather point out past failures by management and pretend it’s all in the spirit of balanced discussion.
I did mistakenly write EDIG has proprietary patent encryption technology but it was an honest error. The patent is indeed pending so I should have specified it better. Give her a Winkie button; the “Fault Finder” has struck again!
I’ve grown tired of the “Doom & Gloom - I’m Not Rich Yet - I Have ZERO Faith In This Company” theme from her. Perhaps Agora will eventually intervene in the interest of maintaining the integrity of this board.
