Those types of games are not perpetual....they're just games.

I need sound issues with perpetual % considerations.....where I do not have to worry about where I place funds.

The integrity of just about everything is in question. My latest consideration is an offer by Integra Bank. They are offering CD's at(currently) 3%(adjustable) for 6 months tied (laddered) to a stock portfolio, guaranteeing no less than 1.5% annually. They are said to be FDIC....however, I haven't done enough DD to figure out exactly what they are up to, or what the stock portfolio basket is.

IMO, they are trying to raise cash so that they can do what the big banks are doing with the cash they received from the government....trade the markets. I can't see how FDIC would be behind that circumstance.

There's a lot to consider these days....just to preserve principle.
