We have a Samsung LED(46 in. screen) that we are very happy with. When I shopped I was told that Samsung is just as good as Sony but a bit less expensive. I am no expert, but if you watch alot of sports the motion sensitivity is important. The picture is great--the sound is adequate but not great.
