Anyone seen an NHL game recently....or an NFL game....or an NBA game? The best officials use good judgment in calling fouls.....not the letter of the rule. If every infraction were called, it would cause a terrible disruption. :>)

Of course, if a ref has an interest in controlling the game, he can be be selective about whom he calls the penalty on. :>):>):>):>)
