There's no set way re: HL stuff. If a hub does nothing at all on the topic, Agora has a "promotion" system via star scores, activity points, thumbs etc, and all of a sudden 1 is added. I believe this is what happened with DRVEN.

I was selected by the members via voting...ditto with Thekid37.

To me, it is our hub but of course Agora's property. I have found they (admin) prefer the members set the "standards" and how they choose to appoint additional HL's. It varies hub by hub how the members do it, but IMO a hub is better served by a voice of it's members, thus we are doing that right now.

Myself & SS feel we have too many already...most inactive too. You have a voice, so lay it on us. HL's don't make the rules, although some think we have the right...I feel we are all equal, although some like me...lol...take a lead position...whatever....

What do you think we should do?
