I hope you're right. I think the only change we have is for someone to buy the company for it's IP. The longer it takes, the less chance there is, however. I don't think there's much hope for licensing an unproven product ( whatever that is). I just can't believe some 800 pound gorilla won't find a way to do the same thing (did I say whatever that is ?) some other way.....or steal it, dare EDIG to take it to court, string it out for 8 years and than settle it with a nuisance payoff.
A lot will depend upon the outcome of the current suit. If EDIG crashes and burns on that one, it might be tough to get some firm like DM to represent them on another IP case.....especially such an unproven, novel and highly technical product (whatever that is).
