I am east - not too bad except for the coast. The eye came 20 miles south of my house. As soon as there was landfall Sandy sputtered from there. I would say 50 mph wind at most. School closed for 2 days, some for 3. Not too many trees down considering. Mine are all ash and had already lost their leaves.
