I think a company that is "aged" will have a track record and that helps evaluate its worth/value.

After working at an auto repair shop, I have decided that a job in auto repair may not be ideal for me.

Instead I will look for work in a transmission repair shop.

Every modern car or truck has a transmission, either a manual transmission or an automatic transmission.

Transmission repair should be a good career move. When it malfunctions, you need to visit a transmission repair with experienced, professional mechanics. 

Perhaps I will also consider work posting bail bonds, bail bonds, bail bonds.
