i think the big money is scared to death right now and is going nowhere for the moment .

the sad thing is that simple

if we would have this timing 6 months ago before the subprime crisis

before bear stearn and before the us recession mode the big institutionnal would have bring this stock very high at this point .

a lot of money is out of the ring right now but sooner or later this money will come back and then watch out the good stock will rocket

when there will be a little more room for speculation in the large broker portfolio its going to be the party for cie like eng and all the well financed and well managed exploration in general.

could be in a month could be in 3 , could be in a year but what a tsunami will we have.
